We at B and M Centre continually assess our client and vehicle requirements to assure we have the latest tools, diagnostic equipment, and skilled training to equip us to providing the greatest possible service with no matter the age of the car.
The most recent and relevant developments BMW have performed is the move to Electronic Service History. This is where the service conducted is logged with BMW directly. The information and data used is obtained directly from the key, using a BMW key reader. This guarantees impeccable accuracy meaning no wrong or missing data such as dates and mileage readings etc. All CBS enabled cars can hold an Electronic Service History. Nonetheless, the switchover was officially declared in 2012 away from traditional service books.
Numerous garages other than BMW are not going to be able to carry out this process. However, we are not one of those garages and the B and M Centre can.
We have heavily invested in the necessary equipment directly with BMW which enables us to carry out this major task with ease.
As part of the service when applicable we will:
- Read the Key Data using our Genuine BMW Key Reading Device
- Select the applicable service items and print of a service sheet if requested
- Confirm the service which has been carried out with BMW in Germany
- Print of a record of this – If requested
